We are partnering with the Benedictine Sisters to hire a part-time Maintenance Worker in a small monastery/convent home environment in Bakerstown, PA (near Gibsonia, near Route 8, north of Pittsburgh)
- This position is part-time (averaging 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time).

Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance and perform scheduled repairs
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Maintains grounds and outdoor areas including swimming pool
- Snow removal
- Following safety & health standards
Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma preferred
- Past maintenance experience w/knowledge of building & construction
- Building system knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & water
- Ability to work independently, computer skills helpful
