We are partnering with the Management Collaborative for Religious (MCR) to hire a full-time Director of Finance to oversee the financial and accounting activities of four Catholic women’s religious congregations. This executive leadership role will provide oversight to the administration of investment and insurance programs, the efficient management of financial resources, short and long-term planning, day-to-day transactional activity, financial/corporate/tax reporting needs and requirements, and the safeguarding of all financial assets. These activities are performed directly and through the management of others. The Director of Finance position offers a flexible hybrid workplace that balances working remotely with a required onsite presence at the offices of Sisters of the Holy Spirit (Diocese of Pittsburgh), located north of Pittsburgh in the Ross Twp area (5246 Clarwin Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15229).

Initially, the MCR Director of Finance will need to evaluate the organization's pool of work, design an organization chart, recommend staffing levels to the MCR Board, and create the MCR Team.
